The data is held securely in our online booking system. Information regarding yourself and your cat is displayed on the chalet door during their stay. This is vital in case we need to contact you in case of emergency.
We have CCTV cameras on site as a safety measure to ensure your cats are protected as much as possible during their stay. The system we use does stores recorded data. This data is automatically overwritten ever month.
Our consent form for your cat’s stay also includes a section for the use of photographs on our website and social media. We only use our guest’s name and do not ‘tag’ people in our posts.
